Finishing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the interior finishing works on high-rise buildings, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to keep clients informed.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in real estate construction or related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing techniques for high-rise buildings.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish.
