Finished Goods and Sampling Incharge

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finished Goods & Sampling In-Charge to manage finished garment inventory, warehouse operations, and sample coordination. The role involves ensuring accurate stock records, timely movement of garments, proper sample tracking, and coordination with design, production, and merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of finished garments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by style, colour, size, and SKU.
• Handle inward/outward entries, stock reconciliation, and physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate sampling activities, including sample receipt, tracking, approvals, and dispatch.
• Maintain proper organisation, labelling, and storage of finished garments and samples.
• Coordinate with design, production, merchandising, quality, and logistics teams.
• Update inventory transactions in ERP/SAP or other inventory management systems.
• Monitor discrepancies, damages, shortages, and ageing stock, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure garments and samples are handled, packed, and dispatched as per quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in apparel, couture, designer wear, or luxury fashion.
• Experience in finished-goods inventory, garment warehouse management, and sampling coordination.
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP, stock reconciliation, and inventory documentation.
• Strong coordination, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
• Experience with designer labels, bridalwear, or premium fashion brands will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working with designer labels, couture houses, premium apparel brands, or garment manufacturing companies, with hands-on responsibility for both finished goods and sampling operations.
