Role & responsibilities

Manage and supervise finishing works including flooring, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, joinery, doors & windows, and interior fit-outs.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and site teams for seamless project delivery.
Monitor contractor performance, quality checks, snag closure, and project handover activities.
Track progress, maintain site records, and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
