Job Summary
Project description Our project requires a Payplus Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of back-office operations and experience or exposure in payments.
Responsibilities - Would be the point of contact for the Finastra Global Payplus setup
- Would own/manage the Support and queries coming from the bank
- Should be able to close the tickets within the agreed SLA
- Should understand basic of Java/J2EE concepts and do basic troubleshooting
- Discuss with business on any new requirement and convert that into business specification
- Should be able to do system support and administration of UNIX-like platforms
- Discuss with the business on the Issues and troubleshooting
- Experience with PayPlus platform
- Global Payplus implementation for the client
- Very good understanding of the Finastra
- Back Office Experience
- Accounting and Payment experience
- Business Acumen
- Experience in the banking and financial services industry
- Good experience and understanding of end-to-end payment processing solutions
- Java/J2EE Basic
- SQL
- Linux
- Shell Scripting
