Grassroots Solutions Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Statement Analyst (FSA) to support financial statement analysis, data validation, and financial reporting operations. The role involves reviewing financial statements generated through automated tools, validating financial information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial reports. Location: Bangalore. Experience: 0-2 Years.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Balance Sheets, Profit Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Validate financial data extracted from financial documents and reports.
- Analyze financial ratios, trends, liquidity, debt, and working capital.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and inconsistencies in financial statements.
- Verify the accuracy of automated financial reports and analytical outputs.
- Perform financial data extraction, spreading, structuring, and validation.
- Ensure consistency of financial information across multiple reporting periods.
- Support MIS reporting, quality checks, and documentation.
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and follow established process guidelines.
Educational Qualifications
- M.Com or MBA in Finance.
- CA Inter.
- Graduates with relevant banking or NBFC experience, particularly in CMA/CAM preparation.
- Freshers with a strong understanding of finance and accounting may be considered.
Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial statement analysis, financial data validation, banking, or NBFC operations.
- Freshers with relevant academic knowledge and analytical skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Balance Sheets, Profit Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Understanding of financial ratios and financial statement analysis.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and meet quality standards.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to financial statement spreading and financial data validation.
- Basic knowledge of CMA/CAM reports and credit analysis.
- Familiarity with banking, NBFC, or financial services processes.
- Exposure to automated financial reporting tools.
