Job Summary

HumanConnect Services is supporting one of our clients with this requirement. As Financial Services Telecaller, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with customer handling, documentation, follow-up, communication, process coordination. The exact team structure and reporting line will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Responsibilities

• This includes coordinating assigned work, responding to relevant enquiries, maintaining records and reports, following up with stakeholders and ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time.

Requirements

• 0?3 years of experience.
• Based across Delhi NCR / Jaipur / Lucknow / Mumbai.
• The role is practical and team-oriented, with regular interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment.
• Shortlisted candidates may be asked to participate in a short practical discussion or role-specific assessment.
• The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, be organised and take ownership of routine responsibilities after initial training.
