Financial Services Manager (FSM)

Reports to - Area Head

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality and discipline as per norms
• Generate leads through Branches of Banca Partner
• Conduct customer engagement activities as per plan
• Work on Leads and update the same on LMS
• Fact finding and need analysis
• Carry out financial planning activity
• Prepare and present the financial solution
• Support in Execution of the financial plan
• Providing post sale service to the customer
• Collection of due renewal premium
• Share reports and MIS within prescribed timelines.

• Achievement of New Business target as per plan
• Maintain Renewal Persistency as per benchmark
• Adherence to Activity Score Card Metrics
• Training and Certification as per learning roadmap
• Qualification - Minimum Graduate or equivalent
• Experience -2 years in Direct Selling Preferred. Freshers allowed
• Skills Required - Self-Discipline, Networking Skills, Selling Skills, Servicing Skills
• Age - Up to 40 years

Candidate Profile

• Financial Services Employees (Bank/Insurance/MF)
• Financial Services Agents/Associates (Bank/Insurance/MF/Post Office)
• Experience in Life Insurance - Bancassurance (BANCA) channel
• Strong experience in Open Architecture preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
• For Pune, candidates should preferably be residing near Baner / Kothrud, as the role will involve handling these branches
• For Mumbai, candidates should preferably be residing near Vashi / Panvel / Vasai / Virar, as the role will involve handling these branches.
• For Gujarat, candidates should preferably be residing near Ahmedabad / Surat / Mehsana, as the role will involve handling these branches.
