Job Description: Senior Manager / Director – Financial Services GCC Business Transformation Consulting

Target Background: Big 4 consulting firms and Tier-1 IT services / consulting organizations serving Financial Services GCC clients
Mandatory Requirement: Existing GCC exposure and strong relationships within Financial Services GCCs

Role Overview

 Looking for a seasoned Senior Manager / Director to drive sales, account growth, solutioning, and practice build for Financial Services GCC clients. The ideal candidate must bring established relationships in the FS GCC ecosystem, a proven record of owning revenue / P&L targets of approximately 8–15 Cr, and the ability to shape, sell, and deliver transformation propositions across commercial banking domains such as trade, payments, lending, and investments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development, Account Growth & Revenue Ownership

Own sales, account growth, and revenue / P&L targets of approximately 10–15 Cr across FS GCC clients.

Leverage existing senior relationships within Financial Services GCCs to originate, qualify, and convert new opportunities.

Act as a trusted advisor to GCC leadership, business, technology, operations, and transformation stakeholders.

Build and manage a strong pursuit pipeline across proactive proposals, RFPs, transformation opportunities, managed services, and consulting-led technology programs.

Drive account plans, white-space identification, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, commercials, and closure in collaboration with PwC sector and capability teams.

3. Lead and Manage transformation Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs (technology + operating model), managed services models across FS domains
• Ensure program governance, risk management, and delivery excellence

• Drive adoption and implementation of AI/GenAI-enabled solutions across engagements and integrate AI capabilities into existing FS systems and operations
• Own project economics, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and cost optimization with equal focus on delivery excellence

4. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across consulting, technology, and operations
• Mentor delivery managers and build future leadership pipeline
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

12+ years of experience in Financial Services consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, or consulting-led IT services.

Mandatory experience working with Financial Services GCCs, including established relationships with GCC leadership and decision-makers.

Demonstrated ownership of annual revenue, sales, or P&L targets in the range of 10–15 Cr or above.

• Proven track record in:

o Building consulting propositions, capabilities, teams, and winning solutions for FS GCC transformation needs.

o Managing large, complex business and technology transformation programs across banking and financial services.

• Managed services implementation
• Complex deal structuring

Functional & Technical Expertise

Strong Financial Services domain understanding, with emphasis on commercial banking, trade finance, payments, lending, and investments.

Exposure to banking platforms and ecosystem areas such as core banking, Flexcube, T24 / Transact, Loan IQ, payment hubs, ISO messaging, trade platforms, and digital banking is preferred.
