Financial Reporting & MIS

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead the Financial Reporting and MIS function. The role is responsible for managing financial statements of foreign subsidiaries, ensuring timely IFRS-based consolidation, supporting statutory audits, and heading the MIS reporting team. The candidate will play a critical role in delivering financial insights to senior leadership and improving reporting processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A Team which is responsible for Preparation of MIS Reports to Top Management.
• Manage the financial statements of the groups foreign subsidiaries, including quarterly IFRS consolidation.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of quarterly limited reviews and annual audits.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS/financial reports and forecasts for the company and its subsidiaries using tools such as SAP, Board, and Finalyzer.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring attention
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Perform detailed cost allocation analysis across departments and business units.
• Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen reporting processes and adopt new technologies.
• Leverage advanced Excel and financial systems (SAP, Power BI, VBA, Power Query, etc.) to automate and optimize reporting workflows.

Expectations:
