Financial Reporting Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, including balance sheet finalisation, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on finance and accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Oversee statutory compliance for GST, TDS, and other taxes.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
  
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in finance or accounting role with a focus on financial reporting.
  
• CA qualification (any specialization).
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems; proficiency in preparing complex spreadsheets.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work under pressure deadlines.
