Financial Reporting & Compliance

Role & responsibilities

• Closing books of accounts and preparing financial statements in compliance with IND AS.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual preparation of financials statements (including consolidated financials)
• GL Scrutiny and preparation of monthly variance analysis (budget vs actuals) for the management.
• Preparation of various monthly MIS for the management/ stakeholders
• Liasioning with internal and statutory auditors for timely closure of audit.
• Assisting in Board presentations.
  
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-1 years experience in closing of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Knowledge of IND AS is must.
• Industry Experience: Retail will be preferred
• Educational Qualification: Qualified CA with good Articleship exposure
• Technical Skills Required: Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and SAP.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well with people across the organization.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
