We are hiring Relationship Managers for HDFC Life’s Direct Channel (Loyalty).

What you will do:

• Handle companyprovided leads.
• Connect with existing customers through calls/digital/walkins and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to direct channel growth.
• Follow all company policies, compliance norms, and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation mandatory.
• 1 Years – 5 years experience in Sales / Insurance / BFSI preferred.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Goaloriented and customerfocused mindset.
