Financial Planning and Analyst For a MNC Company

Role & responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & management reporting.
• Analyze revenue, margins, costs, profitability and actual vs. budget variances.
• Prepare financial models and provide insights for business decisions.
• Perform cost, pricing, CAPEX, working capital, cash flow and FX analysis.
• Support cost optimization, make-or-buy decisions and business improvement initiatives.
• Present financial performance and insights to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / MBA Finance / Equivalent with 3 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• 60% & above throughout (X, XII, Graduation).
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and business acumen.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP/Oracle exposure preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
