Primary Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Bring strong experience in FP&A or business finance, with effective business partnering skills.
• Apply a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, supported by superior analytical skills.
• Prepare detailed annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial projections.
• Develop variance analysis and bridges to explain movements against budget, forecast, and previous-period performance.

Business Partnership and Decision Support

• Work closely with Business Unit heads to understand variances, identify root causes, and support informed decision-making.
• Partner with BU leaders to influence the right business decisions and improve financial outcomes.
• Act as a consultant to delivery leaders by supporting revenue achievement and cost optimization initiatives.

Commercial Finance and Revenue Management

• Support pricing, deal margin analysis, and commercial evaluations.
• Work with sales teams on customer contract renewals and new pricing negotiations.
• Manage billing controls, monitor unbilled revenue, and apply revenue recognition principles effectively.
• Take ownership of the P&L with a focus on improving profitability.

Reporting, Analysis, and Automation

• Analyze complex and disparate data sets to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable information to management.
• Work effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments while maintaining accuracy and clarity in financial analysis.
• Drive automation initiatives by partnering with IT teams to improve financial reporting and process efficiency.
• Prepare financial presentations and related supporting materials for leadership review.

Additional Experience

• Experience handling multiple currencies and understanding currency impact on P&L.
• Preferred experience in export-oriented IT services, services companies, or KPO-type businesses.
• Ability to manage and guide finance professionals responsible for end-to-end business finance activities.
