Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

We are looking for experienced FP& A professionals to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The role involves supporting financial planning, business performance analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning and analysis activities across business functions.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actuals.
• Analyze financial performance and provide meaningful business insights.
• Support periodic financial reporting and management reviews.
• Work with stakeholders to understand financial drivers and business performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP& A/FPNA).
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in US shifts and a WFO environment.
