Financial Planning Analyst

We're Hiring | Analyst FP&A (Supply Chain)

Location: Pune

Shift: 3 PM 12 AM
Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days work from office + 2 days work from home

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for US Supply Chain.
• Drive cost-to-serve, logistics, inventory, and working capital performance analysis.
• Partner with US Supply Chain and Operations teams to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reporting using Power BI, SAP, IBP, and Advanced Excel.
• Track key KPIs, productivity savings, and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance; MBA/CA/CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, or Operations Finance.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, financial modelling, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in SAP (FICO/MM), IBP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with flexibility to collaborate across US time zones.
