Financial Planning Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for various business units within the organization.
  
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas of improvement in financial performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
  
• Design and maintain complex financial models using tools like FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) software.
  
• Provide expert advice on budgeting best practices to stakeholders across different levels of management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related field.
  
• Strong background in CA. (First Attempt preferred).
  
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Variance Analysis, Budgeting, Trend Analysis skills.
