Job Description:

We are looking for candidates with a strong Finance / FP&A / Project Finance background to join the Project Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Variance Analysis – Headcount & Costs
• Management Reporting using Excel & PowerPoint
• Prepare MIS and financial reports
• Validate and map effort data for client invoicing
• Maintain accurate project and resource data
• Support project resource creation, deletion and modification
• Monitor and ensure Timesheet compliance
• Update and maintain project data in Clarity
• Support project office activities and reporting

Required Skills:

• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Finance / FP&A / Project Finance / Management Reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Hands-on exposure to Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis
• Experience in MIS / Management Reporting
• Good knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Clarity / Power BI will be an added advantage

Education: Any Graduate / MBA with relevant experience
