Summary: In the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves actively driving organizational performance through strategic analysis and addressing financial or operational challenges. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between finance and operational departments to enhance data-driven decision making.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles and practices.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within complex business environments.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and operational metrics.
• Skilled in identifying financial risks and opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
• Competence in using financial software tools and systems to enhance reporting and data accuracy.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
