Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.

Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.

Ability to manage and optimize real estate portfolio performance using SAP RE-FX.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address financial and operational challenges.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
