What would you do

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting
• Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements.
• Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company. What are we looking for
• Bachelor or Master Degree in commerce
• ERP or any certification required
• SAP
• Adhere to Organization Policies and Rules
• Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning.
• Effective Written Communications- Create, deliver, or exchange concise written documentation with thoughts, opinions.
• All data requirements (timesheets and process information) are accurately updated in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Basic skills to coordinate tasks, track progress, and deliver on time.Analytical skill
• Knowledge of Joint Venture accounting Roles and Responsibilities:
• Driving month end and quarter end close of the group results.
• Exposure to book closing by processing all relevant entries
• Exposure to Joint Venture billings
• Examine differences between planned and actual results, identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Prepare and deliver timely, insightful financial reports for leadership,
• Track, analyze, and report on business performance against targets.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their needs, gather data, and provide financial guidance that supports organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Proficiency in building dynamic financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and scenario analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to extract insights from large datasets using advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in preparing budgets, tracking performance, and conducting variance analysis to explain deviations and guide corrective actions.
• Competence in preparing clear, concise, and accurate financial reports for various stakeholders.
• Adhere to Organization Policies and Rules
