    What would you do
  1. We are looking for an FP&A Analyst who will form part of the FP&A team and is a skilled finance professional responsible for delivering high-quality FP&A outputs and insight-led financial analysis to support business decision making.
    Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing a companys financial performance. It helps in making informed business decisions by evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights.     What are we looking for

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  15. Produce agreed standard FP&A output (reporting, forecasts, plans) to time and quality standards
  16. Translate operational data into financial insight to support performance discussions
  17. Build effective working relationships with UK stakeholders despite remote setup Insight & Analysis
  18. Gain an understanding of the business area to help to improve insight and analysis
  19. Support UK Finance Business Partners with insight, analysis, and modelling
  20. Deliver high-quality ad hoc analysis translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
  21. Identify key drivers of performance including revenue, cost, margin, and operational metrics
  22. Provide clear commentary and recommendations to support business decision making
  23. Support deep-dive analysis into performance trends, risks, and opportunities
  24. Identify and implement improvements in processes, reporting, and analytical approaches through use of Microsoft or other tools available
  25. Drive automation and standardization to improve efficiency and scalability
  26. Contribute to building repeatable, high-quality analytical outputs
