What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills

Domain expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A

Experience in period end close

Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights

Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements

Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles

Experience developing financial reports and metrics

Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16

Ability to manage a team of at least 15 to 20 members

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact internally and externally

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a big picture perspective

Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization

Ability to manage business counterparts

Transformation mindset to drive transformation projects

Experience working in a third party culture

Willingness to work flexible and night shifts
