Role Description This is a full-time Financial Insurance Advisor role based in Yamunanagar with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Insurance Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals and protection needs, and recommend suitable SBI Life insurance products and solutions. The role involves conducting financial needs analyses, explaining policy features and benefits, assisting customers with applications and documentation, and supporting policy servicing and renewal activities. The advisor will maintain accurate records of client interactions, generate regular reports on sales activities, and collaborate with branches, agents, and internal teams to achieve assigned business targets. Ongoing responsibilities include staying updated on insurance regulations, company products, and market trends, while delivering transparent, compliant, and customer-centric advice.
Qualifications

• Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions.
• Robust Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Reporting to interpret data, prepare performance reports, and support informed decision-making.
• Effective Communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly, build trust with customers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications in insurance or financial advisory are an advantage.
• Proven ability in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of life insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements; familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
• High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
