Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in finance or a related field (preferably in the financial services industry).
Work Profile:
* Business valuations (Startups, Brands, ESOPs & M&A)
* Startup evaluation and investment analysis, PE deals analysis
* Financial modelling & Valuation Modelling (DCF, NAV, CCM )
* Preparation of valuation and sectorial research reports
* Debt syndication, CMA prep and corporate finance assignments
