Financial Crime and Compliance Analyst

Currently hiring for Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Analyst - L3 (International Non-Voice)

Job Description:

• Looking for professionals with experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Fraud Risk Management, AML/KYC, or Regulatory Compliance
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to assess risks, identify suspicious activities and ensure regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations related to financial crime, fraud, sanctions, AML and compliance
• Analyze customer transactions, alerts and account activities to identify potential risks
• Perform due diligence reviews and risk assessments
• Identify, escalate and document suspicious activities
• Support fraud prevention by identifying emerging risks, trends and control gaps

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Risk Management or related fields
• Relevant experience in FCC, AML, KYC, Fraud Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance or Financial Services Operations
• Strong understanding of financial crime risks, fraud typologies and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
