Currently Hiring: Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Analyst L1 | International Non-Voice

Job Description:

We are looking for professionals with knowledge/experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), AML/KYC, Fraud, or Regulatory Compliance to support financial crime review and investigation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer transactions, alerts, and account activities for potential financial crime risks.
• Perform AML/KYC and basic due diligence checks as per process guidelines.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activities for further review.
• Review customer and transaction information and document findings accurately.
• Support fraud and financial crime investigations by conducting relevant research and analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
• Experience or knowledge in FCC, AML, KYC, Fraud, Compliance, or Financial Services Operations.
• Basic understanding of financial crime and AML/KYC concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
