Role & responsibilities

Provide comprehensive financial counselling to patients undergoing IVF treatment, ensuring they understand all aspects of treatment costs and pricing packages.

• Assist patients in estimating treatment costs and guide them through available IVF packages and pricing options.

• Coordinate with patients to develop payment plans that suit their financial capabilities and treatment timelines.

• Educate patients on insurance coverage, claims processes, and assist them in navigating insurance-related concerns.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IVF packages, pricing structures, and any changes in financial policies.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and support for patients throughout their treatment journey.

• Offer compassionate support and reassurance to patients, addressing any financial queries or concerns they may have.

• Ensure accurate and confidential handling of all financial documentation and patient information.
