Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling to patients undergoing medical procedures, including cost estimation and payment plans.
  
• Collaborate with hospital departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate patient statements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Hospitality Management).
