About this role
Were hiring a Finance Controller / Finance Manager.
One of our clients, a fast-growing D2C brand, is looking for someone to own its finance function end to end.
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the business, not just close the books. You’ll work directly with the founders, build the MIS and reporting layer, and prepare the numbers that go to the board.
What we’re looking for:
CA with 4-5+ years in business finance
Experience in FMCG, D2C or a similar product-led, non-IT business
Good command of business finance with exposure to controllership
Genuinely strong with numbers, and comfortable in the room with founders and investors
Location: Chennai is preferred, since the company is headquartered there. A Mumbai office is also being set up, so Mumbai can be extended for exceptional talent.
Compensation: 20-25 LPA, extendable for an exceptional candidate.
Schedule: 5 days a week plus alternate Saturdays.
