About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- 10-15 years of overall Finance & Accounts experience.
- Strong experience in Factory/Plant Finance & Accounts.
- Mandatory manufacturing industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing and cost control.
- Experience in inventory accounting, budgeting, MIS and variance analysis.
- Hands-on experience in working capital and CAPEX management.
- Experience handling audits and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
- SAP/ERP experience will be an advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
- CA preferred with 10-15 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
- Mandatory manufacturing/Factory Finance experience with expertise in costing, inventory, budgeting, MIS and variance analysis.
- Experience in working capital, CAPEX, audits and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- English and Gujarati communication skills are mandatory.
