Role & responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend RecordtoReport activities for EPC projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close in line with corporate timelines.
• Oversee General Ledger accounting, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and reclassifications related to project costs, overheads, and site expenses
• Perform and review Balance Sheet reconciliations, aging analysis, and ensure timely clearance of open items
• Support project financial closure, WIP review, cost capitalization, and alignment with project accounting guidelines.
• Coordinate with Project Finance, FP&A, Site Finance, P2P, and O2C teams for accurate and timely financial inputs
• Drive process standardization, control adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R function
• Guide and review work of junior team members; support knowledge transfer and crosstraining for business continuity
• Demonstrate accountability, compliance, and value consciousness in line with EPC project delivery environment.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience: 2-3 years experience in finance domain

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of R2R processes, including GL accounting, periodend close, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Sound knowledge of EPC project accounting (WIP, cost capitalization, site expenses, overheads).
• Working knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS, ICFR, and Tata Projects governance standards."

Digital & Analytics Skills Proficient

• High proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEXMATCH, SUMIFS).
• Handson expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP integration, Asset Accounting).
• Power Automate: Automating routine finance processes and workflows.
• Power BI: Basic to intermediate dashboarding and financial trend analysis."
