Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join our team in Gurgaon as a Financial Business Partner. In this high-impact role, you will act as the primary financial advisor to business unit leaders, translating complex data into actionable strategic insights. You will bridge the gap between finance and operations, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive profitability, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the business meets its long-term financial objectives. By embedding yourself within the business, you will influence key decision-making processes, manage P&L performance, and champion initiatives that directly improve the company's bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles to ensure alignment between operational goals and financial targets for senior leadership.

- Drive P&L management by conducting deep-dive variance analysis and identifying levers to improve margins and operational efficiency.

- Partner with business heads to develop robust financial models that support strategic planning and evaluate the viability of new commercial opportunities.

- Monitor business performance through the development of insightful dashboards and KPIs, providing early warnings on risks and opportunities to stakeholders.

- Influence commercial decision-making by providing data-backed recommendations on pricing, cost structures, and investment priorities.

- Streamline financial processes and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency and accountability across business functions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial business partnering, with a proven track record of managing complex P&Ls and driving commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical acumen in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, executive-level narratives.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders while maintaining collaborative professional relationships.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and strategic planning, coupled with a deep understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA from a premier institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation in corporate finance.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, demonstrating high levels of self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

- 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in business finance, commercial finance, or related strategic roles.
