FINANCIAL BUSINESS ANALYST

The CoE O2C Specialist is responsible for the preparation, structuring, governance, and continuous maintenance of the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) SharePoint environment and Finance Knowledge Libraries. The role also actively supports O2C portal administration, content revisions, and migration initiatives.

This position ensures that documentation repositories remain accurate, standardized, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements, enabling efficient knowledge sharing and supporting global financial operations.

• Own and maintain the global O2C SharePoint environment and Finance knowledge libraries.
• Ensure governance, version control, and standardization of O2C process documentation.
• Create, organize, and update knowledge management frameworks, templates, and repositories.
• Monitor content quality, accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established standards.
• Support O2C portal administration, content reviews, and migration activities.
• Collaborate with global process owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to capture and maintain process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance knowledge management practices and user experience.
• Provide training and guidance to users on SharePoint and knowledge management tools.
• Generate reports and metrics related to knowledge library usage, maintenance, and compliance.
• Support audit, governance, and process excellence requirements across O2C functions.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration, document management, and knowledge repositories.
• Strong understanding of process documentation, governance, and knowledge management principles.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in process improvement, transformation, or migration projects.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
