Educational & Professional Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, financial reporting or reconciliation activities.
• Practical knowledge of month-end accounting processes, recurring journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Experience preparing bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules and intercompany reconciliation workings.
• Understanding of foreign currency revaluations and associated accounting entries.

• Experience supporting cash flow reporting, financial forecasting and expense analysis.

• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable ageing reports.
• Experience supporting internal audits, external audits and tax-related information requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data-management activities.
