About this role
- Monitor, prepare, and maintain month-wise, segment-wise sales data and reports.
- Prepare and monitor monthly target versus achievement reports for sales incentive calculations.
- Monitor Head Office cash sales and ensure timely recording of transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor, verify, and process sales and purchase invoices.
- Prepare and process credit notes, debit notes, and service invoices.
- Verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, debit notes, journal vouchers, receipt vouchers, and payment vouchers for the Chennai and Delhi branches.
- Record petty cash vouchers and maintain petty cash books on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly GST summaries and handle the preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
- Verify sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes for GST compliance, particularly for the Mumbai operations.
- Prepare and verify TDS calculations for salaries, professional fees, rent, commission, and contractual payments across all branches.
- Monitor day-to-day accounting, finance, taxation, banking, and administrative activities across Head Office, branches, and factory operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, banks, and branch offices to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, statutory payments, tax returns, and compliance documentation.
