The Opportunity We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our growing FPA team. You will play a key role in supporting our leadership team by providing insightful financial analysis and business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.
About the Team We are a dynamic group of analytical and strategic thinkers dedicated to providing actionable insights and financial guidance to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization. We partner closely with various departments to develop robust financial models, conduct in-depth analyses, and forecast future performance. Our expertise lies in translating complex financial data into clear and concise information that empowers the business to achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance, Sales and other departmental teams to understand the SaaS sales cycle and its impact on financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for revenue and all revenue related KPIs.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to the SaaS business model.
- Create clear and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales pipeline, ACV, ARR, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and research to answer business critical questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and their financial implications.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
