Financial Analyst

Position: Financial Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance.
• Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Assist management with data-driven financial insights and recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or financial modeling will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
