Financial Analyst

Signature Global is looking to hire Financial Analysts for its Commercial & Retail Business Team based in Gurugram.

Role Overview

• Evaluate acquisition and development opportunities through financial modeling and feasibility analysis.
• Prepare project cash flows, valuations, and management presentations.
• Assist in land acquisition activities, authority submissions, and leasing operations.
• Conduct market research and support transaction due diligence.
• Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate investments, development, consulting, valuation, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of real estate feasibility, valuation, and development economics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and authority interactions.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree, CA, CFA (completed/pursuing), or equivalent.
