Experience

• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience

• Postgraduate in Commerce with 1-3 years of experience

Technical

• Awareness of US GAAP/Local GAAP/IFRS (Accounting knowledge)

• Analytical skills with the ability to undertake cause effect analysis

• Knowledge of financial systems Preferred

• Basic understanding appreciation of automation capabilities

• Understanding of business products

• Strong understanding of end-to-end AR/AP process flow, accounting reconciliation

• Basic understanding of reporting

• Perform Daily RC and accounting of Sub Ledger Control accounts for AENB (American Express National Bank) including Federal Saving Banks, maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.

• Support various audits performed on bank side.

• Lead and participate in Standardization and continuous improvement Initiatives as well

• Consistently understand and exceed Customers requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork at all times.

• Ensure compliance with the prevailing policies and procedures besides contractual and regulatory requirements as applicable

• Maintain close contact with Customer / Business Partners, Technologies and other interface groups

• Enthusiasm to leverage Gen AI tools and capabilities to automate the daily process and add the value-added analysis to the deliverables
