Financial Analyst Investor Relations

 Responsibilities:

Investor Communication & Reporting:

• Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution statements.
• Respond promptly and accurately to investor inquiries.
• Maintain and update investor CRM systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Fundraising Support:

• Assist in preparing pitch decks, due diligence materials, investor presentations, and other fundraising collateral.
• Coordinate investor meetings, including managing data rooms and administrative follow-ups.
• Track investor commitments, manage subscription documents, and maintain deal-related documentation.

Data & Analytics:

• Analyze fund performance metrics and portfolio data for investor updates and presentations.
• Collaborate with finance and asset management teams to compile performance insights and reporting inputs.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all investor communications comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Maintain organized records of investor correspondence, agreements, and reports.
• Manage investor data rooms and record meeting minutes as necessary.
