Financial Analyst - FP&A

Youll sit with the CFOs team and run monthly forecasting, variance analysis and project profitability reporting. A big part of the role is project cost control - tracking margins on active contracts, flagging slippage early, and working with project managers to keep delivery profitable. Youll also help build the annual operating plan. Exposure to FX, export finance and working capital management across India and Africa is part of the job. CA/MBA or B.Com + 3-5 years in FP&A or project finance Strong Excel and modelling; ERP experience preferred Comfortable with multi-currency accounting Clear written communication for leadership reporting Own budgeting, forecasting and project cost analysis across a multi-currency, multi-country business.
