Financial Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to understand their financial requirements.
• Explain fintech products, investment solutions, and services to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and build strong relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• 15 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or Fintech/BFSI Sales.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of financial products/investments will be an advantage.
• Graduate candidates preferred.
