Key Responsibilities

Financial Advisory Support (Finance & Operations Profile)

* Assist customers with financial products, services, and account-related queries.

* Support financial advisors and operations teams in processing customer requests.

* Handle documentation, verification, and data management activities.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and financial transactions.

Contact Centre Specialist (Customer Support Profile)

* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats.

* Resolve customer queries related to financial products, accounts, payments, and services.

* Deliver prompt and professional customer support while maintaining service quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Commerce, Business Administration preferred).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic understanding of financial services, banking, or operations processes.

* Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.

* Prior experience in financial operations, customer support, banking, or contact centre roles is preferred.

Salary offered : upto 8LPA

Night shift allowance : upto 6k

Joining bonus upto : 1 Lakh 48k
