Financial Accountant

Job Description: Accountant (Full Time)
Altacura Technologies seeks a detail-oriented Accountant to manage Accounts, GST, TDS, income tax, MCA compliances, audits, and reporting for their group entities including Alternative Investment Funds and others.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Company/ LLP related compliance and accounting tasks efficiently and accurately.
GST & TDS Compliance

• Prepare and file TDS payments, TDS returns, and vendor TDS certificates for all entities.
• Prepare and File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR Annual Returns.

Income-Tax & Audits

• Assist preparing ITRs for group entities
• Compute Advance Tax and perform self-assessment tax calculations.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors and Tax Auditors for all group entities and for AIFs.

Accounting & Documentation

• Maintain accounting records in Tally for all transactions (Income and Expenses); preparing financials and to provide support to Fund Accountants with invoices and vendor payment calculations.
• Manage employee reimbursements and maintain invoices and vouchers.

Required Qualifications

• M.Com/CA Inter/CMA with about 5 years of experience in accounting, tally operations, GST/TDS compliance, and MCA compliances for financial services.
• Good knowledge of Indian tax laws (Income Tax Act, GST etc.).
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, GST portal, e-filing portal; familiarity with ITR Forms, 26AS/ AIS reconciliations.

Skills & Competencies

• High accuracy in reconciliations, calculations, and deadline-driven filings (e.g., monthly/quarterly compliances).
• Ability to manage multi-entity portfolios independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills; proactive in notice monitoring and audit coordination.
