Finance Staff

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform financial reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and financial operations tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable, payable, and cash flow management.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in journal entries, ledgers, and other financial documents.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and optimize financial processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in finance staff role or related field (accounting/auditing).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
  
• Strong understanding of accountancy principles, including GST laws and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
