About this role
About the Position:
Position in Financial MIS Reporting. Person should be experienced in generating and analyzing reports and provide insights to Business in the areas of Improvement and controlling costs.
Key Duties Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot and VBA Macros.
- Experience in any one of the consolidation tool like Hyperion is preferred.
- To handle Planning, Budgeting and forecasting along with financial analysis of his / her portfolio.
- Business Partnering- Work closely with Department heads to align financial plans with operational reality, providing actionable analysis.
- To act as bridge between Finance and Business (Business Partnering).
- Driving value with the help of data and reports.
- Participate in month end reporting.
- Help in fixing the process gaps.
Add- on Qualifications:
- Advanced Analytics Professional proficiency in Power BI and/or SQL to build out automated margin and profitability dashboards.
- AI tool integration Working knowledge of applying AI tools e.g. Copilot to accelerate Finance workflows, reporting automation and variance details.
Experience: 3-5 yearsexperience in the similar role
Skills:
- B.Com / MBA / CA (Inter).
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, SQL,Tableau preferred
- SAP Experience preferred
