About Business line/Function: ISPL F&S is part of Global Finance & Strategy organization servicing regional finance teams across Americas, APAC & EMEA. F&S is a team of 625 Finance professionals responsible for providing timely and high-quality finance deliverables to our stakeholders. We leverage our domain expertise to drive best practice sharing, industrialize processes and generate synergies.

Transformation Office is integral part of F&S and is responsible for the following activities:

• Drive Finance Transformation projects in collaboration with global teams and functions
• End to end Transition Management
• Provide Business Management support
• Third Party Risk Management & execution of SLAs
  
  

Position Purpose: This position is within F&S Transformation Office work stream. The Individual will be responsible for driving transversal projects and initiatives at ISPL F&S in partnership with Global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Project Planning & Governance

• Lead and drive projects along with developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders across the organization
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and must be able to manage multiple finance projects
• Monitor transformation project portfolio and ensure building strong partnership with global interlocutors & stakeholders.
  
  

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Coordinate within ISPL and global stakeholders (CFO, GSO) as well as functions i.e. HR, Compliance, Risk etc.
• Facilitate workshops, steering‑committee meetings and executive briefings; translate technical jargon into finance‑focused business language.
• Create and execute communication plans that drive adoption and reduce resistance
  
  

Performance Measurement

• Define and monitor relevant metrics (e.g., FTE saved, cycle‑time reduction, cost‑avoidance, etc.)
• Build and maintain a central Project Management Office (PMO) dashboard (KPIs, RAG status, etc.)
• Produce monthly executive‑level status reports and dashboards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
