Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Controller with 13+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and business performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Prepare annual budgets, business plans and financial forecasts.
- Drive MIS and management reporting for senior management.
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variance analysis.
- Monitor OPEX, CAPEX, revenue, profitability and working capital.
- Develop financial models and scenario-based analysis.
- Provide financial insights for business decision-making and performance improvement.
- Drive cost control and financial performance analysis.
- Partner with business and operations teams on financial planning and performance.
- Present key financial and operational KPIs to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 13+ years of overall experience in Finance / FP&A / Business Finance.
- Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial analysis.
- Industrial sector experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Oil & Gas / Metals & Mining / Chemicals / Petrochemicals / Coal Mining / Heavy Engineering / Iron & Steel / Aluminium.
- Strong understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, cost management and profitability analysis.
- Experience with large-scale industrial organizations preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and communication skills.
- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
