Finance Payroll Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll processing, including salary preparation, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries through Tally ERP or other systems.
• Maintain records of employee attendance, leaves taken, and other relevant data for future reference.
• Coordinate with HR team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in Payroll Management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables) for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of PF Act regulations and ability to manage PF contributions accurately.
